This writ petition has been filed for the following relief :

" issue a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the suit No.06135/2020 (Smt Heera Singh and others vs. State of U.P. and another) under Section 25 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending in the court of Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil- Naugarh District-Siddharth Nagar of the petitioner, within a stipulated period."

It is contended that an application under Section 25 of U.P. Revenue Code was filed by the petitioner in the year 2020, which is still pending consideration before respondent no.1. The sole prayer is for early disposal of the same.

Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer sought by counsel for the applicant.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending, without going into the merits of the case this writ petition is being decided at the admission stage itself without issuing notice to the private respondents or calling for any counter affidavit with the direction upon Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Naugarh, District Siddharth Nagar to decide aforesaid case No.06135 of 2020 (Smt Heera Singh and others vs. State of U.p. and another) under Section 25 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if there is no legal impediment,

expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court.
