The petitioner has sought for the following relief in the instant writ petition:

"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 for the petitioner's grievance in respect of the re-registration for the back paper in the first semester in subject Economics-I (Economics Theory of B.A., L.L.B. of Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (Formerly Allahabad State University Allahabad)."

The petitioner has also made a representation in regard to the aforesaid relief before the respondent No.2Registrar, Professor Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad State University, Allahabad).

No useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

Without going into the merits of the case, the matter is remitted to the respondent No.2-Registrar, Professor Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad State University, Allahabad).

A writ in the nature of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.2-Registrar, Professor Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad State University, Allahabad), to

execute the following direction:

I. The respondent No.2-Registrar, Professor Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad State University, Allahabad) shall decide the representation of the petitioner in regard to the reregistration for the back paper in the first semester in subject Economics-I (Economics Theory of B.A., L.L.B.), considering the fact that the examinations are scheduled to commence from 15.04.2021 within a period of four days from the date of production of a computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad along with a fresh copy of representation.

The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the party concerned. The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
