Today this matter has come up after twelve years.
When the matter was initially listed on 24.08.2009 no one had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Today in the revised call again no one appeared on behalf of petitioner to press the petition.
From perusal of the records, it transpires that this writ petition has been filed against the order dated 12.06.2009 passed by the Commissioner, Aligarh Division, Aligarh whereby the revision of petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that it was time barred. From the record, it transpires that the revision which was filed against the order of Tehsildar dated 17.11.2000, Commissioner found that there was inordinate delay in filing the revision and nothing has been averred about the delay, thus, revision was dismissed as time barred.
As far as present writ petition is concerned nothing has been averred therein also as to why petitioner approached the revisional authority after lapse of nine years. In view of the above, no interference is required by this Court.
Dismissed, accordingly.
