Heard Sri Mithilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 5 and Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier in the year 2000, an application was moved for bringing the Institution under grant-in-aid before State Government which according to him has not been decided.

Learned Standing Counsel as well as counsel appearing for Basic Shiksha Parishad submits that no such pleading has been made in the writ petition nor any supporting document has been filed to substantiate that earlier any application was moved by Institution in question for bringing it under grant-in-aid.

However, in case petitioners move a fresh representation within one month from today before respondent no. 5 for the relief made, Secretary, Basic Education, U.P. Government shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law preferably within next six months from the date of production of copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
