Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no recovery citation has been issued till date and the dispute between the heirs of original borrower. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he will file a writ petition after recovery citation is issued and at this stage he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Prayer aforesaid is accepted.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition after recovery citation is issued.
