Heard Sri Krishna Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2- District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sambhal, District Sambhal to decide the petitioner's application dated 26.11.2020 within stipulated time.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is permanent resident of Village Rajheda Salempur, Gonhat, Gauhat, Sambhal, District Sambhal, which comes under Gram Panchayat Noorpur Tatarpur and his village is going to be merged with adjoining village namely, Bagadpur Imma. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has been filed on 26.11.2020, which remain pending till date.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case direction is issued to the concerned authority to decide the application filed by the petitioner within stipulated time.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending or calling the counter affidavit.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2- District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sambhal, District Sambhal to decide the petitioner's application dated 26.11.2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
