By the impugned award, the Workman Compensation Commissioner has declined to impose penalty upon the respondent-employer after finding that the employer had promptly joined and fully cooperated with the proceedings before the court below. The compensation amount was also paid promptly.
This Court finds no infirmity in the aforesaid award. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is dismissed.
