Heard Sri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the respondent No.1 and Sri P.P. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondentbank to allow the petitioner to pay the loan dues in easy installments.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the respondents are ready and willing to accept the dues in easy installments.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, we dispose off this writ petition with a direction that the petitioner shall approach the respondent No.3 within two weeks from today, along with copy of this order and if the petitioner approaches the respondent No.3 within the stipulated period, the respondent No.3 shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law with regard to payment of dues in installments within next two weeks.

For a period of four weeks or till the decision is taken by the respondent No.3, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner provided the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.50,000/- within two weeks from today.
