The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 14.4.2021 by which respondent No.4 has declined to issue caste certificate in favour of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel points out that petitioner has remedy of filing appeal against the order dated 14.4.2021 before District Level Committee in terms of Government Order dated 28.02.2011.
Since District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee has already been set-up in terms of the Supreme Court judgment in the case of Kumari Madhuri Patil Vs Additional Commissioner, 1994 SCC (6) 241, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to avail such remedy where all issues of facts can be got examined as per the procedure laid down in the Government Order dated 28.02.2011.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to avail such remedy, this petition is consigned to records.
