Grievance is that petitioner is not being issued a fresh caste certificate.
The application moved for obtaining copy contains an incorrect disclosure that petitioner has not been issued a caste certificate previously, although the records reveal that such a caste certificate has been issued to petitioner on 3.10.2015.
Since the application moved by petitioner apparently contains false disclosure, as such no action upon it is required. No direction, therefore, is warranted.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
