Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the cause of the petitioner emanates from the order dated 27.11.2019, passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.-2040 of 2019 and the petitioner has filed an application seeking review of the said order.
At this stage, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and pursue the review petition with liberty that in case of accrual of fresh cause of action, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Needless to say that in case of accrual of fresh cause of action, the petitioner is always at liberty to seek redressal before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
