This writ petition was filed for the expeditious decision of a Mutation Case.
Sri Suresh Kumar Maurya had appeared and had informed the Court that the Mutation Application itself had been dismissed for want of prosecution.
Learned Standing Counsel today has filed his instructions and also has stated that the Mutation Application had been dismissed for want of prosecution.
It is not clear that when the Recall application has been filed.
The petitioner may take recourse to such remedy as might be available to him for recalling of the order which was passed on the Mutation Application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
