The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Second Appeal being Second Appeal No.37 of 2008 under section 331(4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending before the Board of Revenue be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is that the Second Appeal No.37 of 2008 be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
