Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent No.4-Bank has provided a statement of account to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
According to the instructions received by Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent No.4-Bank, the total amount due from petitioner as on date is Rs.11,51,101/-. It is further submitted on behalf of the Bank that the petitioner is also entitled to 30% rebate, which amount shall be reduced from the total amount due. After reducing the loan amount as per the rebate facility, the amount due from the petitioner as on date is Rs.8,87,344/-. The petitioner may approach the bank for availing the benefit of the rebate policy scheme.
Sri Sriram Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the aforesaid amount and he shall approach the bank authority within a period of two weeks.
It is open to the petitioner to approach the bank authority within a period of two weeks and enter into one time settlement with the bank as per law.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
