The petitioner assails that order dated 26.09.2018 in the year 2021. There is no satisfactory explanation for the delay in filing the instant writ petition. Cause shown for the delay in paragraph 14 of the writ petition is vague and unsatisfactory. Paragraph 14 of the writ petition asserts that the records of the petitioner were sent to Allahabad to file the writ petition and counsel required copy of bill from Chaudhary Machinery Stores. No dates have been mentioned regarding the aforesaid events. Explanation for the delay in filing the writ petition is clearly an afterthought to tide over the delay.
The writ petition is dismissed.
