Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Shri Prem Chand Saroj, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after appending the plaint instituted for partition of the joint holdings, the compromise between the parties as recited in the order dated 20.04.2021 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur; proof of service upon all the parties to the suit proceedings and any other necessary pleadings.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
