Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the revision being Revision No.R668/09, Computerized Case No. C201905000001032, Ram Singh Vs. Dhruv Kumar and others, under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A & L.R. Act, 1952 filed against the judgement and order dated 3.5.2109 was not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, been made for the expeditious disposal of the said revision. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the fact that the petitioner's possession was being disturbed.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision filed by the petitioner being Revision No.R668/09, Computerized Case No. C201905000001032, Ram Singh Vs. Dhruv Kumar and others, be decided within a period of three months and orders be passed on the application filed by the petitioner for interim relief within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order is to be duly certified by the counsel for the petitioner.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
