It appears that the petitioner has a grievance against third respondent.
According to the petitioner, the third respondent has made an encroachment over a portion of the land that belongs to the petitioner.
As the dispute is between private persons in respect of private property, we decline to entertain this petition by leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to such other appropriate legal remedy, as may be advised.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed .
