The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Application being Case No. 983, 984 and 1003 (Smt. Shobha vs. Smt. Moonga Devi), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, were not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the cases be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the cases, it is being directed that the cases numbered as 983, 984 and 1003 (Smt. Shobha vs. Smt. Moonga Devi), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
