Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions that demarcation of the disputed parcels of land has been made and the possession has been made over to the concerned parties. The petitioner was part of the demarcation proceedings and has not raised any objections to the same.
The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
