There are two competing election claims set up by the petitioners and private respondents respectively.

With consent of Sri J.P.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Kumar Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Avinash Rai, learned counsel for respondents No. 5 and 6 the following order is passed:

(1) The petitioners shall file their objections to the competing election claim made by the respondents before the regional level committee. The petitioners shall also file the election claim set up by them.

(2) The regional level committee shall final in the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. The concerned Court/ Authority/ Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.

(3) The regional level committee shall give opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties before deciding the matter.

(4) All necessary parties are directed to cooperate in the

proceedings before the regional level committee.

¶13

(5) The regional level committee shall continue with the hearing on day to day basis to ensure that the stipulated time line of three months is strictly adhered to.

(6) The District Inspector of Schools concerned shall not be a member of the regional level committee which shall decide the controversy.

The writ petition is disposed of.

¶16

Instructions are not taken in the record since a consent order is being passed.
