This petition has been filed for a direction upon respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to comply with the order dated 4.9.2020 passed by respondent no. 3. Further prayer is made to direct the respondent to allow petitioner to complete the constructions over plot in question.
From the materials brought on record, it is apparent that there exists a private civil dispute between petitioner and the private respondents. Such disputes ought to be resolved by instituting appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court. No direction in the writ petition is called far.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the civil court, writ petition is consigned to records.
