The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no.2 to address the application of the petitioner dated 03.12.2020 which has been filed under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by requiring the respondent no.2 to address the application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks from the date of filing of such application along with this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the other parties concerned.
