Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4; and perused the record.
The prayer as framed in this petition though is incomprehensible but from the submissions made it appears that a direction is sought upon the respondents to consider the renewal of the Notary license of the petitioner which has already expired in the year 2013.
As the license has expired in the year 2013 and nothing has been shown in the petition that even after eight years of expiry of the license, there could be renewal of the said license, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to apply for fresh Notary license, if otherwise permissible in law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
