Heard Mr. Krishna Mohan, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing respondent-1 and Mr. Vikas Ojha, Advocate holding brief of Mr. D.K. Ojha, learned counsel representing respondent-2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are inherent mistakes in the present writ petition, which cannot be corrected by filing supplementary affidavit. He, therefore, submits that present writ petition be dismissed with liberty to file fresh.
Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent-1 and Mr. Vikas Ojha, Advocate holding brief of Mr. D.K. Ojha, learned counsel representing respondent-2 do not oppose the prayer made by counsel for petitioners.
In view of the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
