From the title of the case it appears that present writ petition has been filed in the name of a dead person. From the prayer made in the writ petition, it transpires that a direction has been sought upon the respondent bank to take loan amount in easy installment from the son of the petitioner. Further annexure 2 is death certificate of the petitioner Bhagwat Singh in whose name present writ petition has been filed.
Present writ petition is not maintainable as it has been filed in the name of a dead person. Dismissed, accordingly.
