On 15.07.2021 learned Standing Counsel was required to seek instructions in the matter. Today instructions have been placed before the Court which are taken on record. According to the said instructions, the earlier resolution passed by the Gaon Sabha recommending for allotment of fair price shop in favour of petitioner on 25.01.2018 has been rejected by the Selection Committee on 18.06.2021. Copy of the said decision of the Selection Committee has been brought on record.
In view of the above, present writ petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous. Petitioner, if aggrieved by the said decision of the Selection Committee, may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
