Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents-State contends that the order passed by this Court, non compliance of which is alleged has been duly complied with. The proceedings taken out under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code registered as Computerized Case No.10862 of 2019 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Rustam Ali) and Computerized Case No.10863 of 2019 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Kasim) have been finally disposed of by the competent court/contemnor rendered on 30.10.2021.
In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt application (civil) is liable to be dismissed and is dismissed.
Notice issued to the respondent/contemnor is discharged.
