The case of the petitioner is that the State Government has floated a scheme to provide employment in villages. In connection with which post of Banking Correspondent Sakhi (B.C. Sakhi) has been contemplated for which a procedure has also been provided, which has not been duly followed in the appointment of 6th respondent. As a result, the petitioner has made a complaint which is pending before the District Magistrate Etah.
The prayer in this petition is to command the 3rd respondent (District Magistrate, District Etah) to decide the representation of the petitioner.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the 3rd respondent (District Magistrate, District Etah), by annexing copy of the previous representation/complaint made in that regard. If any, such representation is filed before the 3rd respondent, within a period of two weeks from today ,the same shall be considered and decided by the 3rd respondent, after calling for reports from the concerned department, and after providing opportunity of hearing to the 6th respondent, preferably, within next six weeks.
The petition stands disposed off .
