Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternative remedy by approaching the competent authority under the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act.
Shri Shree Prakash Giri, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid proposition of law. He does not press the relief sought in the writ petition and seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the competent court under the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act.
It is always open to the petitioners to avail their remedies before the competent court.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
