Written instruction supplied by learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of written instruction dated 04.01.2021 received by him states that the pension papers have been furnished by the petitioner and the process for payment of pension, gratuity etc. have been completed at the ends of District Magistrate, Agra. Now the payment has to be released by the Audit Account Department.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is being disposed of with the direction that the concerned authority shall release the admissible pension and gratuity to the petitioner at the earliest, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of copy of this order.
