The challenge is to the punishment order dated 13.8.2020, admittedly, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the order of punishment.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of two weeks alongwith the copy of this order.
In case of presentation of the appeal within the time given above, the limitation in filing the appeal shall be considered on merits.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
