Admittedly, the petitioners claim that they do not have the requisite qualification as prescribed in the advertisement for appearing in the examination and claim that as Shiksha Mitras were granted certain benefits, the petitioners should also be extended the said benefit of appearing in the examination even without having TET qualified certificate, the said petition cannot be entertained as admittedly the petitioners do not have the requisite qualification for appearing in the examination.
The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
