Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Saumitra Singh, counsel for the respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 as well as Sri Neeraj Dubey, holding brief of Sri Shakti Dhar Dubey, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4. The present writ petition has been filed that the petitioners are entitled to Revised Pay Scale in terms of the recommendation made in their favour, however, which is said to be pending consideration before the respondent no. 3. They claim that the recommendation is in their favour and is clear from Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
Considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration before the respondent no. 3, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners at this stage, the present writ petition is disposed off with direction upon the respondent no. 2 to take a decision with regard to claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2. The writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the said direction.
