The present petition has been filed by the complainant itself stated that the petitioner had filed the application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. which was treated as a complaint and proceedings were initiated.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that although the summons have been issued under sections 504, 506, IPC, no summons have been issued under sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC also.The petitioner filed a revision which too has been dismissed.
On perusal of the order impugned, no illegality can be said to have been committed by the courts below warranting interference in exercise of powers under Article 227 of Constitution of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
