The instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs :
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the order dated 03.09.2014 passed by respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 7 to this petition)."
The Stamp Reporter has reported that the present writ petition has been filed beyond the period of limitation by 2228 days of which there is no explanation put forth by the petitioner for filing the petition after inordinate delay.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches.
