The case is called out. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. However, I have gone through the record.
By means of the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance/representation dated 01.04.2021 and reminder dated 12.04.2021 moved by the petitioner, and pending before the Respondent No. 3, and provide opportunity of reMedical Test to the petitioner by making a medical teem for the port of Police Constable U.P.P. within stipulated period."
Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that petitioner has been found unsuitable being unfit in the appeal for medical examination. The appellate medical authority has recorded petitioner being 'unfit/colour vision'.
In view thereof, the petition, being devoid of merit, is, accordingly, dismissed.
