Heard learned counsel for the parties.
An objection has been raised by the learned standing counsel appearing for the opposite party that there is no agreement between the parties. It is further stated in para 4 of the counter affidavit that agreement is between Prayagraj Mela Pradhikaran and the firm of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the objection and submits that the petition be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the concerned authority as per the terms and conditions of the agreement for appointment of an arbitrator.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage. Disposal of this petition shall not preclude the applicant from approaching this Court again.
