Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for extension of services for the next year on his respective post in his respective Homoeopathic Medical Colleges within stipulated time.
In support of his submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon judgment passed by this Court in bunch of the matters leading case Service Single No. 14731 of 2020, Dr. Narendra Singh Sengar & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. Thru Addl. Chief Secy. Ayush Deptt. Lko & Ors . filed by similarly situated persons, wherein, this Court has allowed all the writ petitions combinely vide order of date 9.12.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response thereof, the competent authority has already taken decision in favour of those petitioners vide order dated 18.2.2021. However, it is being claimed that the petitioner has been discriminated.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly that in case an appropriate application/representation is moved by the petitioner, definitely, the same would be considered and decided expeditiously by the competent authority in the light of aforesaid judgment.
