It is informed by learned Standing Counsel that First Information Report, under Section 363 IPC registered as case crime no.18 of 2021 at Police Station Fariha, District Firozabad has been lodged.
In view of the subsequent development which has taken place during the pendency of writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ashok Kumar Singh submits that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
