Learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the description of the respondent no. 2 during course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of instant writ petition, petitioner seeks following relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 5.8.2020 (Annexure No.5) within stipulated period."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks regularization with the respondent- Institution.
Sri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent no. 2, Managing Director, U.P. Rajya Nirman Sahkari Sangh Limited, Lucknow shall consider the representation of the petitioner as per rules.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2, Managing Director, U.P. Rajya Nirman Sahkari Sangh Limited, Lucknow, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2020, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
The Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merit.
