Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the out set, submits that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh with all particular facts and materials.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The order has been passed in the presence of Sri Gautam Baghel and Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent.
It is clarified that as and when a fresh petition is filed, notices shall be served upon Sri Gautam Baghel and Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent.
