Mr Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the premise in question has been vacated by the petitioner and as such there is no dispute between the parties and the writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed. Mr Ashutosh Yadav, Advocate holding brief for Sri A. P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
