This Court had called for instructions with regard to the vacancies which was notified vide Advertisement No. 02 of 2016.
Instructions have been filed today which are taken on record to the effect that the vacancies, notified in the Advertisement No. 02 of 2016 in the subject of Hindi, have been finally filled up on 16.1.2021 and the same has been sent to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.
In view of the said instruction, relief as prayed for in the writ petition stands infructuous, however, the petition shall be entitled to appear in future examinations.
The writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the said direction.
