Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given the copy of amendment application to the respondent.
The amendment application is allowed.
Order on writ petition
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State and perused the record.
This petition filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs:-
" (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents-authorities to allot the name of the petitioner with regard to vehicle as all the formalities has been fulfilled by the petitioner.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents-authorities to allow the petitioner to ply the vehicle in question."
There are several disputed questions of facts which are raised in the reply.
We would request the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2021, on or before 30.11.2021.
This petition and the reply, which is proposed to be filed, may be filed before the authority concerned, within four weeks from today.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is disposed of, as we cannot go into the several disputed question of facts.
