This is an appeal of the year 1989 which was preferred under Section 54 of Land Acquisition Act read with Section 96 of C.P.C. The appeal was dismissed on 1.12.1989.
Recently, we have allowed the restoration application which was filed with huge delay and that too in the absence of counsel for the appellant. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of appellants to press this defective appeal. Learned Standing Counsel for the State has conveyed that defects have not been removed till date.
This appeal which is a defective appeal requires to be dismissed and is dismissed for want of prosecution.
