Vide this PIL petitioner seeks quashment of enquiry report dated 29.09.2020 and a direction for fair enquiry afresh. The petitioner also seeks direction for police protection and lodging of criminal prosecution against present Gram Pradhan and office bearers of Gram Panchayat: Vedpura Development Block: Jaipur Kalan, District Agra.
As to quashment of order dated 29.09.020 it is borne out therefrom that the same is by the District Magistrate, Agra who was in seisin with the complaint against the Gram Pradhan and Others by the present petition. The complaint was in respect of financial irregularities in construction of internal roads, renovation of water ponds and construction of toilets. After following procedure as laid down by the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 the District Magistrate passed the following orders:

Apparent it is from the order that the District Magistrate, threadbare considered and analysed the evidence on record. As the petition fails to establish perversity thereof we are not inclined to cause any indulgence. It is also noticed that no procedural irregularity in conducting the enquiry is shown. In view whereof, since no relief can be granted, petition fails and is dismissed.
No costs.
