The prayer made in the present petition is that there are certain encroachments on the public road, however, the same are not being removed by the authorities despite pointing out by the petitioner.
The stand taken in the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.4 is that proceedings have already been initiated against the alleged encroachers under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the same shall be taken to its logical end.
In view of aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for respondents, present petition is, accordingly disposed of.
