transferred to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Siddharth Nagar vide order dated 22.01.2020. Again on account of pressure exerted by the respondent- Harihar Prasad Pathak on that court learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Siddharth Nagar on 27.02.2020 the District Judge transferred this revision to F.T.C. I, Siddharth Nagar. Again on his pressure exerted to decide the criminal revision in his favour this criminal revision was transferred from the court of F.T.C. I, Siddharth Nagar to the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Siddharth Nagar by the order dated 28.08.2020 passed by the Sessions Judge, Siddharth Nagar. At present the criminal revision is pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Siddharth Nagar and all the time this file was transferred on account of the fact that somehow or the other Advocate Harihar Prasad Pathak on account of his influence in the local bar was trying to pressurize the learned Judges to decide his case in his favour. Applicant's counsel Sri Sanjay Srivastava, is too much terrozied by the respondentHarihar Prasad Pathak and now he has refused to appear in the court on behalf of the applicant. Applicant tried to engage Sri Sampurnanand Bakshi and Sunil Kumar, Advocates of District Siddharth Nagar but on account of the influence of the respondent they also refused to accept the brief of applicant and to appear on his behalf.
