Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State/ respondent nos. 1 to 3, Shri Sanjay Kumar Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and perused the record.
Pursuant to the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by this Court, petitioner no.1 Sangam Rajbhar (corpus) is present in the Court and has been identified by their respective counsel. On being questioned, she has stated that she has not been illegally detained by respondent no.4 Ram Belas, who is her father and she is living with him out of her own free will and consent.
In view of the above statement, this habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed.
The amount of Rs.25,000/-, deposited before the Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad, be paid to petitioner no.1 Sangam Rajbhar (corpus) as per Rules.
